Talking a little bit about the food. I have been vegetarian (maybe more pescatarian) since I was 16 (?). Sometimes though my parents forced me to eat chicken, when I used to live with them, because of the issues related to my health. Anyway, so I am realizing I'll have to really start watching what I eat. Recently some of the people around me told me that milk products make you look older. No one wants that. I always try to read labels, when I buy food, but it's never enough. And now I read about those milk products, that it's totally true. I got so sad, because I love yogurt, cornflakes with milk. I am actually not sure of what to eat anymore. The markets where you can get healthy vegetables work only during summer season. And in grocery stores all the vegetables and fruits are toxic. What to do? What to eat? I am not sure anymore...
Nuts are very expensive, fruits also. You cannot eat eggs anymore, any milk products, meat of course, bread, anything made from rye and so on...
Yesterday I was so ready to study. But then I found something more interesting to do.... :D like to draw a little bit
Pienas tai tik gleives kurios suaugusiam zmogui visiskai nereikalingas :) geriausia jo atsisakuti arba vartoto labai mazai. Sausi pusryciai yra skanus su migdolu pienu ar soja (jei nesi alergiska sojai). Del darzoviu tai geriausios darzoves tai tik pas mociute kaime :). Parduotuvines darzoves plaunu acto tirpale :) uogas visuomet perku tik sezono metu. Riesutu organizmui daug nereikia, be to jie labai sunkiai virskinami :) jei nori daugiau info -PM :)
AtsakytiPanaikintiWow, kiek daug info <3 ačiū. Bet baisumas tame, jog Lietuvoje praktiškai tikrai sunku nusipirkti vaisių ir daržovių, kurie būtų tikrai naudingi, o ne užnuodyti ir t.t. ačiū už info :*
PanaikintiSpeju visur panasi situacija su darzovem :) net 'organines' darzoves nera tokios jau organines. Kiek teko skaityti, tai tokios pat darzoves tik jos paskutonio chemijos sluoksnio negavusios :) iskrovos dienas, detox daryk, kad tuos tersalus pravalyti.

Visai nieko būtų paskaityti, kai turėsiu laiko. Padarau tas detox dienas, bet nežinau ar jos veikia. Išvis nieko nebežinau, Confused <3
